Trade Counter Salesperson

Thornbridge Timber, part of National Timber Group are looking to recruit a Trade Counter Salesperson to join their well-established branch at Thornbridge Yard, Laurieston Road, Grangemouth, FK3 8XX.

**Duties will include**:

- Serving trade, trade cash and public at trade counter efficiently and courteously
- Working pro-actively within the customer service team
- Escalating customer service issues to Customer Service Manager and ensuring resolution
- Liaising with company management to support and implement growth strategies
- Ensuring best service levels for all Company customers through all locations
- Controlling and maintaining your allocated customer accounts
- Increasing the number of trading customer accounts and ensuring that this business grows
- Ensuring that all customers trade within their agreed credit terms and resolving queries in order to ensure prompt payment
- Participating in external/internal staff meetings as required

**Working hours, Benefits and Salary**:

- Full time position, Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.00pm, alternate Saturday mornings 8.00am to 12.00pm. An average of 44.5 hours per week.
