We enable our clients to remain in their own homes whilst being cared for by professional and highly trained Health Care Workersand Registered Nurses.

We pride ourselves on delivering care that truly meets the needs of the individual we support and provide a first-class service to the teams who support these individuals.


Innovate Care are looking for an experienced Complex Health Care Worker to support a young girl who has been diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy which is a genetic condition that gradually cause the muscles to weaken, leading to an increasing level of disability.

She has some additional complex clinical needs including cough assist, peg feeding, ventilator, and oral suctioning.


Our client lives at home with her family, she is a calm, respectful and easy-going person with a great sense of humour, she enjoys watching Harry Potter, listening to music, and going out.


Shift pattern & Role
This role is to support the client over night

Monday-Sunday

9pm-7am
