We are currently recruiting for a majorly influential Residential Childcare provider in your local area, the company are children centred in their approach to the care that they provide and pride themselves on being market leading with the way that they support both the young people in the services and the staffing team.


They will offer progression, full training, consistent and reliable support as well as your Level 3 Qualification and a safe and healthy working environment.


They pride themselves on promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle and want to help influence the young people (aged 8yr-18yr) the opportunity and support to better themselves and their future.

This has allowed to the company to grow to its current size and with the right people it will help them to continue to open up the further services that they plan to


Alongside the general daily tasks and requirements they will require their staff to assist in activity and task creating and planning to provide cognitive stimulation as well as help the young people to identify and understand their likes, interests, strengths and qualities to open up doors that they never would have even thought were available to them.
