- time Field Care Supervisor.

  • Have a minimum of 1 years experience within the Health Care industry at a Senior/Supervisor level
  • Be computer literate using Microsoft Office.
  • Be able to work efficiently in a high paced environment.
  • Have the ability to cope under pressure towards a deadline.
  • Possess good administrative experience.
  • Be dedicated to delivering exceptional service on behalf of the company internally and externally.
  • Be flexible and reliable.
  • Possess people management skills.
  • Be an effective team player.
  • Experience in the use of Quick Plan monitoring system.
  • Be able to drive with a full UK driving license, company car available to use within office hours.
  • Have experience of being on call and willingness to undertake once a month on call Monday to Thursday.

Main duties of the role:_

  • To undertake initial assessments for all new clients joining Caronne Care.
  • To produce high quality detailed and personalised care plans and risk assessments for all clients.
  • Ensuring all care plans are kept up to date with regular reviews and welfare visits.
  • Complete Care worker spot checks, supervisions and medication spot checks.
  • To maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • To be a main contact for clients and care workers.
  • To manage on call (on a rota basis) during out of office hours.
  • To support in the use of Caronne Care's choice of monitoring systems.
  • To report to the Registered Manager regarding any issues.
  • To maintain accurate records.
  • To produce ad hoc reports if required by the Registered Manager.
