Purpose
Genie Shopping is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the team and aid in their day-to-day operational tasks.

This is a full time permanent role playing a key role in the operations of the Client Services team.

Duties include maintaining and helping new clients sign up to our services, answering client queries via our ticketing system and helping with general data quality and project tasks such as keeping our CRM data up to date.


You will be a highly organised individual, capable of devising, implementing and seeing through key processes while undertaking professional communications with all stakeholders.

At Genie Shopping we strive for operational excellence and you will play a fundamental role in providing this.

This role reports to the Genie Shopping Account Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES


The primary role will be to offer client services support on the management of client data and answering day-to-day queries.

Regular duties will include, but not be limited to:

Responding in a clear and timely manner to support queries

  • Reaching out internally for any queries you're unable to resolve or key issues that need to be escalated

Onboarding / New Business

  • Helping service and process inbound leads into onboarding
  • Helping run feedchecks from leads

Reporting

  • Reporting to the Genie Shopping team the number of queries and relevant KPIs on a weekly basis
  • Reporting how many have been solved/outstanding and details regarding any delays

Helping improve our existing CRM

  • Finding and entering client data into our internal CRM
  • Maintaining the high level of data in our CRM through regular auditing processes
  • Liaising internally if unable to find any information for gaps in the CRM
  • Working with the wider team to ensure data is relevant and support the team by advocating the CRMs
