Opportunity to join a Top 20 Global Insurance Firm as their Internal Communications Business Partner

Your new companyYour new company is a Global Top 20 insurer and reinsurer that provides solutions to both brokers and clients in over 140 countries. They have offices based all over the world, with this role sitting in the Central London office. This position is a brand-newrole, reporting into the Chief Communications Officer, and working closely with the Brand and Content Manager.

Your new role

Your new role will be primarily focussed on supporting the CCO on developing the Internal Communications function across the group globally.

You will be the Communications Partner to various business functions including the HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, andIT teams to communicate their plans and policies.

You will be responsible for creating content, delivering the internal and employee communications, maintaining the intranet platform, and developing potential new channels to inform and engage employees.


What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you need to have strong experience within an Internal Communications position, ideally within the insurance or wider financial service industries.

This firm is in a transformation and growing phase so you will need to be adaptable andflexible to your communications approach and will also need to showcase the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, teams, and management.
