About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Communications Business Partner to join our team at Betway Group. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of internal communications and events strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and act as guardian of Tone of Voice (TOV) across the group
  • Create compelling and engaging content for various communication channels, including our intranet, email communications, social media platforms, and internal presentations
  • Act as a copywriter for all internal communications across the group, ensuring tone of voice and accuracy
  • Lead on internal communication campaigns, developing and implementing end-to-end delivery of timely, targeted, creative, and engaging communication plans
  • Manage the global communications calendar and develop the master calendar framework
  • Measure the effectiveness of communications using available channels and tools, recommending subsequent improvements
  • Provide ad-hoc support for internal events, including drafting copy for invitations and helping with on-the-day event management
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the wider Brand Marketing team, including drafting internal copy for sponsorship announcements and staff giveaways
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in an in-house Internal Communications role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Exceptional copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills, with demonstrated experience in tailoring messages for various audiences in our company tone of voice
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional and global teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders, drawing out key insights and relevant information
Desirable Skills
  • Experience managing a SharePoint intranet site
  • Membership of a professional body, such as IOIC or CIPR
  • Experience in driving a strategy for leadership visibility across multiple channels
  • Knowledge of online sports betting and the casino industry
  • Experience in working in a regulated industry
  • Experience in developing and supporting change initiatives
