**Job Summary**

Miller is seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving a comprehensive global communication strategy. This strategic thinker will craft compelling communications, drive employee engagement, and support business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and manage the communication strategy for People engagement initiatives, including employee recognition, reward, and wellbeing.
  • Partner with Technology and Innovation teams to keep colleagues informed about advancements central to our transformation journey.
  • Communicate operational strategies and achievements in partnership with Group Operations teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to support and deliver cultural programmes that reinforce our values and foster a sense of community.
  • Manage engaging content across Miller's internal communication channels.
  • Involvement in the planning and delivery of significant in-person colleague events.

**Requirements**

  • Proven history of translating business objectives into compelling and coherent communication initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in strategising and leading initiatives, as well as a hands-on approach to delivery.
  • Understanding of channel management practices and techniques.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Team player who can contribute to our wider communication objectives.
