This role requires a team member to assist in leading the team and set high standards with a professional approach.
Duties include:
- To support clients with care in the community
- To support and assist office staff in rostering and monitoring staff.
- To carry out client reviews both by telephone and in the field
- To carry out staff routine spot checks
- To carry out Risk assessments for new referrals and to update assessments when required
- To Assist the manager in collecting from and delivering paper work to Service users homes
- To work to establish effective relationships between service user and the company
- Ensure that staff and client files are updated
- To ensure audits are carried out and documented
- To systematically solve daytoday problematical issues which arise
- To support the updating and evaluating of care plans and ensure they are personalized
- To support & mentor care workers in the community
- To support an open, positive and inclusive management culture
- To meet with social workers to carry out service user reviews
- To support with budgeting and account keeping
Applicants must be-
- Be flexible with working hours this will include some evenings and weekends
- Willing to work as a team
- Be willing to Learn New Skills through NVQ 2 &
- Assist with coordinating and learning our digital systems
Qualifications:
