As a Senior Social Worker/Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to adults, families, carers, and communities in making informed decisions and clarifying their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex Safeguarding Cases: You will be responsible for dealing with more complex safeguarding cases, including assessment and appropriate management of risks, and providing casework supervisions to other team members.
- Adult Social Care: You will work with adults, families, carers, and communities to help them make informed decisions, enabling them to clarify and express their needs and contribute to service planning.
- Expertise and Development: You will act as a recognised expert within the specialist field and contribute to the development of practice and policy in the specialist field.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Registration: Current Social Work England registration.
