Working hours are Monday-Friday 9 _till_ 5 however the client can consider a 4 day working week.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

  • The Administrator will have the responsibility of supporting the new client sales process. _
  • Actively assess & discuss workloads/issues within team as required
  • Maintain awareness & knowledge of all compliance procedures & product features
  • Supervise and manage all new case submissions to paraplanning
  • Liaise with Advisers to resolve difficult case queries
  • Liaise with Business Operations Managers regularly to discuss issues & communicate fresh information

We are looking for a person who has:

  • Clear understanding of the financial planning process.
  • The ability to produce professional work, to support the advice process.
  • Able to work within defined business processes.
  • Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Good level of knowledge of investments and Pensions advice
