- The Administrator will have the responsibility of supporting the new client sales process. _
- Actively assess & discuss workloads/issues within team as required
- Maintain awareness & knowledge of all compliance procedures & product features
- Supervise and manage all new case submissions to paraplanning
- Liaise with Advisers to resolve difficult case queries
- Liaise with Business Operations Managers regularly to discuss issues & communicate fresh information
