We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in the Customer Service Department to be based at our Shrewsbury office.

We are looking for an energetic administrator to deliver first class customer service and have strong administrative skills. Who is an excellent team player with excellent communication skills and a proven ability in a customer service environment

This position is full time. You will receive a highly competitive salary depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Inform customers about the prices, discounts and billing processes.
  • Process customer orders on time and in a timely manner.
  • Check stock availability.
  • Appraise customers on alternative products when required item is not available.
  • Resolve problems pertaining to customer orders.
  • Coordinate with sales and other appropriate departments in processing orders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Interact with Accounts Receivables team regarding payments.
  • Maintain and update customers' database.
