JOB DESCRIPTION

Front of House Receptionist/Manager
We are looking for the ultimate host. The first & last impression of The LEOBANCROFT Salon Experience.

A host with exceptional organisation and people skills, a good understanding of computers & bookings software, an eye for detail, the ability to communicate effectively and a smile that says it all.


Overall
Be excellent. Go above and beyond. Deliver random acts of kindness, Hug Customers, reward good team performances with praise. Engage and maintain regular communication with our guests and provide your full support to them and your work colleagues. Encourage our guests to visit more and more to ensure the company's sales and performance targets are met. Support the Salon Manager.

Our System
Gain a deep knowledge and understanding of our bookings software system. This includes bookings, stock control, marketing and reporting.

Consistently maintain a wide range of knowledge of the services that we offer, our different price levels and our hair stylists strengths and weaknesses.

Ensure our offering to our guests is based on this knowledge to meet their individual needs and requirements.

Retail
Maintain a complete understanding of the Retail products we offer. Complete courses of knowledge to help establish your professional opinion.

Use our booking software to run and analyse sales reports and monitor exactly what is hot and what is not Create innovative ways to move on dead stock and ensure the salon always has the most popular products on demand.


Marketing

Procedures
Learn the Salons procedures and operations for Health & Safety protocols and Human Resources processes.

Skills

  • Minimum of 1 years experience in Customer Service while managing a reception with a booking system.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong business skills and industry knowledge/awareness.
  • Creative problemsolver.
  • Possess excellent literacy and numeracy and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and time management.

Full-Time Hours: 40 per week

A minimum of 1 Saturday per month may be required. (depending on the success/requirements of other applicants)
