Located in a stunning setting in Weybridge the hotel employs almost one hundred of the most skilled, professional and dedicated people that the industry has to offer. We understand that every Guest is unique and our team strives to create individual moments of service excellence for our business and leisure guests.

We are currently looking for a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to support the Front House function and to report to the Reception Manager and Front of House Manager.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all guests in line with the hotel vision and values
- To undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to guest's needs
- To build a good rapport with guests and resolve any complaints or issues in line with company standards
- To be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes
- To administer all routes of reservation to ensure room bookings are made
- To efficiently process all reservations and cancellations
- To log any maintenance issues onto the PMS
- To check guests in and out

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- A friendly, welcoming and customer focused approach
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Good administrative skills
- Working knowledge of PMS Opera would be an advantage
- Hospitality qualification or working towards one an advantage
- At least one year experience in a customer facing role
- Will work on a rota where evenings and weekend shifts will be included
- Will be a driver and live within a30 mile radius from the hotel or live within walking distance from the hotel
