We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual to join us on an exciting growth journey at RICH Performance Digital, part of Audience Collective.

As Senior Paid Media Executive, you'll find yourself at the heart of our dynamic and expanding team, combining the agility of a startup with the support and enterprise level capabilities of a full-scale marketing service group.

In this role, you'll form part of the RICH (our performance brand within the group) biddable team alongside the Biddable Account Manager and the Biddable Director, supporting the successful execution of best-in-class biddable media campaigns, from inception to completion.

This unique opportunity needs an individual with a true passion for biddable media. You'll carry out research and analysis of paid media trends, including ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence, paid search results, campaign efficiency and performance. The role will be client facing, and you'll be actively encouraged to build strong, robust relationships with our clients and prospects.

Key skillset

  • Management of clients paid search and social media accounts.
  • Carry out daily housekeeping checks for each account within the team providing feedback to the Account Manager of any potential problems or opportunities.
  • Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts driving results for client KPIs.
  • Coordinate paid media messaging with clients, external agency partners and other stakeholders.
  • Analysis of paid media accounts including digital advertising costs and returns
  • Analysis of paid media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for paid media campaign improvement
  • Work with other departments and clients to develop paid media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
  • Monitors and develop campaign performance reports - (suggested edit) Generate regular performance reports and commentary, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign performance and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and develop report on competitor activity within paid media channels.
  • Assist Account Manager in maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Working proactively to develop your own skillset.
  • Work on technical strategy, with the support of your line manager.

Skills & Experience

Essential

Experience in an Executive level role covering both paid search and paid social.

  • Knowledge of paid Media Platforms including Google, Meta, Linked In, Snap and TikTok
  • Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Proficiency,
  • Web proficiency
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills
