Customer Operation Specialist - Supply Chain at John West



This role is all about delivering top-tier customer service to the UK market, managing inbound and outbound communications, and overseeing order receipt processes. Working closely with various departments to meet customer expectations and shared targets. Also, analyzing opportunities for cost-saving measures in outbound deliveries to retailers, demanding keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to optimizing operational efficiency. Your Responsibilities
  • Overseeing and nurturing relationships with retailer supply chain teams through leading regular review meetings
  • Aiding in order processing from inception to delivery and invoicing
  • Ensuring a service level of 98.5%
  • Effectively communicating potential future out-of-stocks to customers and proposing mitigation options
  • Monitoring and evaluating customer order adjustments
  • Collaborating with commercial teams to develop joint forecasts
  • Supporting the integration of a new S&OP process
  • Conducting data analysis to drive continual cost enhancements
