### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Barclays. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our brokers and solicitors, ensuring they have a seamless experience across telephony and webchat.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
* Develop and implement customer care procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
* Resolve complex customer inquiries and issues related to our products and services, including account balances, transactions, and payments.
* Develop and execute reports and presentations on customer care performance, communicating findings to internal senior stakeholders.
* Take ownership of managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to.

### Working Hours

Working hours will be between Monday-Sunday 7am-11pm.
