Role Summary

This role is critical to daily and weekly execution of site appearance, optimising customer journeys and actions to meet commercial targets for the digital business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the taxonomy, navigation, product merchandising for the end to end journeys
  • Responsible for planning new product launches, seasonal product information and edits and applying lessons learnt from previous season reviews to optimise site performance
  • Analyse, plan and make recommendations based on commercial performance and opportunity
  • Produce regular (weekly and monthly) reports to show performance of website(s)
  • Work with Ecommerce, Creative and Marketing teams to deliver successful timely digital campaigns.
  • Keep up to date on new digital channels, technologies, opportunities and competitor innovation and best practice

Skills and Experience

  • Analytical and an eye for detail – assessing performance and finding opportunities to improve performance
  • Eager to learn and apply new thinking to existing problems
  • Previous experience in web merchandising, CMS tools, Adobe Analytics or other analytics tools beneficial
  • Competent is use of Microsoft excel
