Senior Brand Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at FatFace. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our brand marketing strategy, driving customer engagement, and promoting our brand values.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage our seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with our brand DNA and driving customer reach, retention, and acquisition.
- Own all seasonal marketing campaigns, from concept to multichannel execution, ensuring optimal execution and alignment with our brand values.
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop impactful and effective marketing activities across various channels, including web, email, social, and POS content.
- React to trade performance and deliver new activities across channels to optimize performance.
- Develop and execute social media strategies with clear objectives and KPIs for each channel.
- Build and engage a fast-growing community of brand advocates aligned with our brand DNA and values.
- Lead by example and ensure all activities are on brand, promoting our values and mission.
- Significant marketing experience with a proven track record of executing a marketing calendar.
- Ability to devise and manage seasonal marketing calendars, considering brand campaigns, customer mindset, product, and trading activities.
- Expertise in owning marketing campaigns; concept to multichannel execution, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and driving customer reach, retention, and acquisition.
- Proficient in creating impactful and effective marketing activities across various channels, including web, email, social, and POS content.
- Ability to react to trade performance swiftly and deliver new activities across channels to optimize performance.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop a brand marketing team, fostering a vibrant and creative culture.
