Job Title: Senior Brand Marketing Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our brand marketing strategy, driving customer engagement, and building a strong brand presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage our seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and POS content.
  • Work closely with our social media manager to develop and execute a social media strategy, driving customer engagement and brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including PR agencies and influencers.
  • Lead and develop our brand marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
