About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at FatFace. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our brand marketing strategy, driving customer engagement, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage our seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with our brand DNA and driving customer reach, retention, and acquisition.
  • Own all seasonal marketing campaigns, from concept to multichannel execution, ensuring optimal execution and alignment with our brand values.
  • Coordinate and deliver marketing activities across all channels, including web, email, social, and POS content, ensuring optimal execution and alignment with our brand DNA.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies with clear objectives and KPIs for each channel, driving customer engagement and brand awareness.
  • Inspire and develop our brand marketing team, fostering a vibrant and creative culture that champions continuous improvement and innovation across all touchpoints.
  • Build and engage a fast-growing community of brand advocates aligned with our brand DNA and values, promoting our brand values and driving customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • Significant marketing experience with a proven track record of executing marketing calendars and campaigns.
  • Expertise in brand marketing, with a deep understanding of how to translate brand DNA and values across channels to engage customers effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, turning your hand to support any function required to drive trading activity and turn brand and product messaging into customer-facing content.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a brand marketing team, fostering a vibrant and creative culture.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and budgets, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
