Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy
    • Define target audiences for various social media channels and tailor content strategies to engage these segments effectively.
    • Work with our creative team to develop high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for all social media platforms.
    • Identify and build relationships with content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors to amplify our brand reach and credibility.
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content across social media platforms, including videos and Reels.
    • Manage content creator campaigns and collaborations to enhance our brand reach and credibility.
  • Community Engagement and Management
    • Foster and maintain a strong online community through active engagement and customer interaction.
    • Set up and manage new social profiles, driving brand awareness and reach.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance to inform future strategies.
    • Identify key social media trends, platform updates, and innovations to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
  • Leadership and Team Development
    • Lead and develop a social and PR team, fostering a creative and innovative culture.
    • Provide direction and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
    • Experience in content creation, including videos and Reels, with a willingness to appear on camera when necessary.
  • Skills
    • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, manage multiple projects, and prioritise workload effectively.
    • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead a team and provide direction with passion and enthusiasm.
    • Ability to create and execute activities with clear objectives in mind, such as reach, customer acquisition, or community engagement.
    • Ability to analyse data to produce insight reports.
  • Education
    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
