About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Interaction - Portsmouth. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our senior leadership team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, press releases, and content.
  • Manage and optimize our digital presence, including website content, search engine optimization, email marketing, and social media channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions, tracking their effectiveness and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Coordinate with our sales team to support lead generation and customer retention efforts.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our products.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
