About the role and our team
Join our Clinical Administration Team at Noble's Hospital as a Personal Secretary / Clinical Secretary Co-ordinator supporting Rheumatology, Neurology & Nephrology

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a full range of secretarial and administrative support for Consultants.

You will also manage a team of clinical secretarial and administration staff, acting as a pivotal point of contact for the team.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritising and organising the Consultant's workload, diary management, theatre and outpatient clinic schedules
  • Resolving and managing differing workload priorities and demands
  • Providing a training and advisory role on all aspects of Clinical Secretarial and administration work, including the patient administration system
  • Providing audio and word processing services, including some typing of clinics and discharges


We are looking for someone who is able to work to tight deadlines, enthusiastic about learning new skills and a team player.
