VP of Customer Success required to join a rapidly growing Quantum Computing company to drive the successful deployment of their quantum computing solutions and manage funded projects across multiple teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategise and Implement Delivery Solutions: Develop and execute delivery strategies and project management methodologies to ensure the successful deployment of our quantum computing solutions and the completion of funded projects.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to create and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and growth objectives.
  • Manage client relationships from pre- to post-delivery in collaboration with Sales and the Commercial team. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee all Service Level Management activities, including regular Service Delivery reviews to assess performance against agreed service levels, and implement remedial or preventative actions as needed.
  • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise their impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage funded projects, including budgets, schedules, and resources, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including the hardware and commercial teams, to deliver solutions to customers and projects to funding agencies.
  • Oversee the company's supply chain through vendor identification and onboarding, supplier management and optimisation, alternative source analysis, cost optimisation, and data-driven build versus buy analysis.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated knowledge in delivering customer computing systems, with experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Understanding of quantum computing concepts and the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, along with an awareness of industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience managing client relationships and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop talent.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar, and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PMI.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to address urgent day-to-day tasks promptly while maintaining focus on longer-term projects.
  • Willingness to get hands on and get tasks completed when necessary.
