These centres cater to a diverse range of patients, including Private, VIPs, and NHS patients, offering a comprehensive set of services.
Role Overview:
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships
- Provide commercial expertise
- Work closely with senior management to drive growth within the territory
What we are looking for:
- Experience in managing business budgets
- Delivering top-notch patient-focused services
- Collaborating efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a commercial or operational role, preferably within the healthcare sector to understand our market better.
As a CQC Registered Manager, you will lead a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance with all relevant legislation.
Key responsibilities include managing the unit's operations, ensuring clinical excellence, and overseeing compliance with Policies and Procedures.
Key Requirements:
- Manage the centre's budget and performance targets
- Develop strong customer relationships
- Maintain awareness of and comply with relevant regulations and legislation
Additional Requirements:
- Uphold Data Protection and Patient confidentiality
- Undertake mandatory training for compliance
- Full driving license required for mobile roles
- Relevant qualifications in Diagnostic Radiography or Nuclear Medicine
- Post Grad training in MRI/CT would be beneficial
