Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partner across multiple departments
  • Ownership of the P&L for the cost centres
  • Managing monthly accruals and various adjustments
  • Maintaining the monthly intercompany reconciliations
  • Monthly payroll adjustments for Casual Workers
  • Managing the Clothing Allowance schedule
  • Supporting budget holders across various departments
  • Responsible for the management of two direct reports: Assistant Accountant and Finance Assistant
  • Supporting the wider Finance team

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or qualified by experience
  • Retail or FMCG experience
  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
