Job Title: Senior Management Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our business partners across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partner across multiple departments, providing financial guidance and support.
  • Ownership of the P&L for cost centers, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Managing monthly accruals and various adjustments, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
  • Maintaining the monthly intercompany reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Monthly payroll adjustments for Casual Workers, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Managing the Clothing Allowance schedule, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Supporting budget holders across various departments, assisting with budget preparation and reforecasting.
  • Responsible for the management of two direct reports, Assistant Accountant and Finance Assistant, encouraging development and ensuring improvement of Accounts Payable KPIs.
  • Supporting the wider Finance team, providing assistance and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or qualified by experience.
  • Retail or FMCG experience, with a passion for the industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000 + bonus + benefits, including a discount on our products. A hybrid role, with 3 days in office in Central London, offering a great work-life balance.
