To provide administrative assistance to colleagues to ensure that an effective range of youth justice services for children and young people who offend, and their parents and carers, are planned, actioned and reviewed in accordance with professional expertise, service policies, legislative requirements, National Standards and Youth Justice Board Effective Practice Standards.


This may include some administration liaison between children and young people, their parents and carers in order to provide an effective service for children and young people who offend.


Completes administration tasks such as taking and distributing detailed minute-taking notes, liaison with partner agencies and key stakeholders for the distribution of such from complex multi-agency meetings.

Ensure the accuracy of official documentation submitted to HYJS, identifying inaccuracies and appropriately amending official records as necessary.
