Job purpose & responsibilities:

You will be responsible for supporting the customer success and product teams.

What's in your day-to-day:

  • Answering customer support tickets/live chat and liaising with customers
  • Creating and managing customer documentation on our custom platform
  • Writing online user guides
  • Participating in customer success meetings (both remotely and on customer site)
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
Most importantly, you will be partly responsible for maintaining our excellent reputation.

Essential requirements:

  • An aptitude for and a belief in the importance of customer service
  • Excellent written communication

  • 5 GCSEs grade A* C(5) or equivalent
  • Selfstarter
  • Intellectually curious
  • IT literacy

Desirable:

  • Experience of financial services
  • Full UK driving licence
