Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including desktop operating systems, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD.
  • Administer and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Provide support for email security solutions, including Mimecast, Symantec, and Microsoft Defender.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT support, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and desktop operating systems.
  • Experience with network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Good understanding of network management, security, and configuration.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
