The Role:


As a customer service advisor, you are responsible for providing a quick, effortless, and exceptional customer service experience to our clients' customers.


  • This is a 5day support between Monday to Sunday.
  • Shift time will be between 8 AM to 8 PM.
  • Scope of work includes making & receiving calls, represent and own customer communications for any stages between order fulfillment journeys.
  • Associates will have individual responsibilities & KPIs defined as per the requirements for each division they belong to.
  • Associates on calling profile will be the first point of communication and will represent Community Fibre Limited, hence it is critical to follow all required call etiquettes when handling customers.
  • Liaising with other regional teams to understand the timelines and ensure the contractual dates are met and all required KCIs reaches customers on time.

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 6 months customer service experience (any industry sector).
  • You will have a natural passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be able to build rapport quickly with customers regardless of the platform.
  • You will have good listening skills and be intuitive to identify and react to how customers are feeling and be able to respond in a positive and engaging manner.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Good spelling and grammar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to targets but ensure customer experience is your primary focus.
  • Ability to multitask and use various systems whilst engaging with customers over the phone.

Working Hours:

You will work 5 days out of 7 between Mon and Sun.

(Shifts will be between 8am and 8pm).

£22,672 p/a basic salary + benefits
