Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide personalized service
  • Produce accurate and detailed job cards using in-house computer systems
  • Update customer and vehicle records to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Prepare and complete invoices to ensure timely payment and accurate financial records
  • Advise customers on estimated costs and timescales for repairs and maintenance
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role
  • Ability to upsell service work and service plans to customers
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with motor dealership database software
What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary of up to £28,000
  • An uncapped and achievable OTE of circa £35,000
  • A supportive and family-oriented work environment
  • Monday to Friday working hours with 1 in 2 Saturdays
