Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Perfect Placement UK Ltd. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Service Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Communication: Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle, providing clear and concise information on estimated costs and timescales.
- Job Card Management: Produce and update job cards on our in-house computer systems, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Customer and Vehicle Records: Update customer and vehicle records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Invoice Preparation: Prepare and complete invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell service plans and other relevant products, enhancing customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience in a Service Advisor role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with motor dealership database software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum, with opportunities for uncapped and achievable OTE of circa £35,000.
- Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:30 am - 12:00 pm.
