About your new role as Administration Assistant:
Your new employer produces innovative engineering solutions for the offshore & renewables industry.
You'll join their thriving team in Aberdeen to provide day to day administrative support to the Document Control, Projects, and Engineering teams.
Your new role as Administration Assistant will involve:
- Generate Subsea Test Centre Reports
- Liaise with third party inspectors
- Provide cover for Reception staff as and when required
- Printing, photocopying, and scanning & data entry
- Manage meeting room bookings and prepare for meetings
- Support and develop the Document Control objectives
- Develop good working relationships to ensure objectives are met
- Use and comply with our clients Systems, processes and tools
- Actively promote and encourage continual improvement
- Encourage collaboration and sharing across the organisation communicate information, seek feedback and act accordingly.
About you:
You'll be an experienced Administration Assistant who is keen to woirk with a market leading organisation.
Ideally you'll also have:
- Some experience in a simlar role and/or understand the role of a document control function
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft office package preferred
- Able to build effective working relationships, calaborates well with others at all levels.
