Ideally you will have previous experience in Customer Services administration.
It is essential that you have an excellent telephone manner as you will be the first point of contact for our customers, financial advisers and third parties.
You will deal with a variety of calls, assessing and answering customer enquiries and responding to requests for information in a professional manner.
You will also respond to queries in writing, so excellent written communications skills are also required, along with a strong attention to detail.
It is a very fast paced environment so excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and multi task to meet business deadlines is a must.
You will undertake training on our computer systems, but it is essential that you have good experience of Microsoft office.
Previous experience in financial services would be advantageous but it is not essential.
The team works a 9 day fortnight, which means you have a day off every other Friday, and work just under 35 hours per week.
