The Role

As an Employee Relations Administrator, you will support a variety of administrative tasks relating to the Employee Relations business at Inizio. This includes locating and organizing SharePoint files, creating standardized templates and letters, transferring information from our support systems, and creating draft communications from meeting notes. This role may also provide additional support in processing Excel data for various areas of the business and creating PowerPoint presentations to provide this data to senior-level leadership.

This role is for an initial fixed term of 3 months, will report to our Global Employee Relations Lead, and will be based remotely.

What you will be doing

  • Working with our SharePoint system to locate documents related to Employee Relations, and to organize current Employee Relations files.
  • Creating cases, documenting meeting notes, and attaching relevant files to our Employee Relations systems (SharePoint, Navex).
  • Collating, analysing, and reporting on data held in our Employee Relations systems.
  • Working with documents from a variety of countries to create consistent and harmonized templates and letters that can be used by the Employee Relations team, line managers, and our HR team to support employment-related processes.
  • Creating follow-up documentation (for Line Manager and Employees) based on notes taken during Employee Relations meetings.
  • Creating PowerPoint slide decks to be used in communications to employees, senior management, and/or our HR teams.

What you bring to the role

  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with SharePoint, Navex or similar systems, along with solid Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience working in database collections systems.
  • General understanding of labour laws and regulations as they relate to the UK government (ACAS). Additional experience with Irish and South African employment regulations is a bonus.
  • Experienced in administrative tasks, such as note-taking, letter writing, template and script creation, and process mapping.
