Over the past three years, we've built an ER advice team that provides expert ER advice and guidance to line managers across OCS. We are now looking to recruit an Employee Relations Assistant to join our team and support on a wide range of ER matters. **The Role**

Based at our head office in Manchester, you will be responsible for supporting the ER Partners on a range of administrative matters, as well as ad hoc, low-risk case work. Although a very flexible remit, you will most commonly be supporting on MI reporting, project assistance, and junior-level ER case advice primarily consisting mainly of short and long-term absence, probation and low-level disciplinary cases.

The role is varied and ideal for someone with good administrative skills and a basic knowledge of HR, looking to develop a career in Employee Relations/HR.

The role is for a fixed term of 6 months with the possibility of becoming permanent.

**The Person**
- Has excellent administrative and communication skills.
- Has experience of managing junior-level ER matters or has basic knowledge of ER.
- Is able to work as part of a team and working on their own initiative.
- Can work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Has a desire to learn.
