Role Overview
Joining the global new business team, you will play a pivotal role in major media, digital, and performance pitches within the industry. From multimillion-dollar to billion-dollar media accounts, you will collaborate with peers to craft leading-edge pitches that outperform rival agencies. Driving revenue growth and expanding Dentsu's global client portfolio for new and existing clients are central to this role. Your responsibilities will include market analysis, project coordination, and ensuring alignment of pitch deliverables. Collaboration, onboarding, and efficient resource management across various markets are key aspects of this global role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the global Business Development team in achieving revenue targets through prospecting, new business initiatives, and client expansion.
- Taking the lead, as appropriate, on pitches and business development projects with oversight from the Business Development Director.
- Assisting in the delivery of global, regional, and multi-market pitches.
- Managing the development of RFIs, RFPs, and creative content, including global collateral and case studies.
- Supporting pitch teams in various functions such as production, competitive research, logistics, rehearsals, and more.
- Providing strategic support by identifying pitch teams and ensuring team resourcing aligns with business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in Business Development/Client Servicing within the Media industry.
- Proficiency in ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
- Strong Project Management capabilities.
- Ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Experience in end-to-end pitch processes, market analysis, and managing multiple stakeholders/markets.
- Excellent communication skills.
