About the Role

Dentsu is a global network of agencies that helps clients navigate the future of business. We're seeking a Business Development Associate Director to join our team in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the global Business Development team in meeting revenue targets through prospecting, new business, and client growth.
  • Lead pitches and business development projects from end-to-end, with oversight from the Business Development Director.
  • Support and project manage the delivery of global, regional, and multi-market pitches.
  • Develop and deliver creative content, including global collateral, case studies, and credentials.
  • Provide strategic support and identification of pitch teams and team resourcing.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Business Development/Client Servicing experience within the Media industry.
  • Knowledge of ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a pressurized environment.
  • Experience in end-to-end pitch processes, including market intelligence, analysis, management, and project pitch deliverables.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and markets.
  • Strong communication skills.
