Associate Director of Business Development

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of Business Development to join their team. As a key member of the business/site leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving the commercial strategy and spearheading business development initiatives to forge new biologics contract manufacturing partnerships worldwide.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the Biopharmaceutical CDMO growth plan to meet annual sales targets.
- Building and maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline through strategic business development and marketing activities.
- Overseeing and expanding the Business Development team, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
- Engaging with prospective customers and partners, enhancing brand recognition and fostering strong relationships in the market.
- Directly responsible for one other Business Development Manager, and the growth of a larger Business Development Team in the long term.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant degree qualification in a Scientific or Business related discipline.
- Extensive commercial experience within a BioPharma CMO/CDMO environment and a deep understanding of the industry.
- A proven track record in securing significant contract manufacturing business and delivering successful projects.
