About the Role
Dentsu is a global network of agencies that helps clients navigate the complexities of the modern business landscape. As a Business Development Associate Director, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expansion for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the global Business Development team in meeting revenue targets through prospecting, new business, and client growth.
- Lead pitches and business development projects from end-to-end, working closely with the Business Development Director.
- Support the delivery of global, regional, and multi-market pitches, including the development of creative content and credentials.
- Project manage and support the innovative delivery of RFIs and RFPs.
- Provide strategic support to pitch teams, including team resourcing and commercial alignment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Business Development or Client Servicing within the media industry.
- Knowledge of ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Experience in end-to-end pitch processes, including market intelligence, analysis, management, and project pitch deliverables.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and markets.
- Strong communication skills.
