Job description:


As our Sales Administrator, you'll work directly with our Customer Excellence Manager in all areas of sales, marketing and customer support.


You will also assist the wider team process and administer data and act as a point of contact for admin queries ensuring that they are resolved or escalated in a professional and timely manner.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Quoting
  • Processing sales orders
  • Logistics/booking collections
  • Ensuring systems are updated and accurate
  • Purchasing and stock taking
  • Prospect management and data mining for sales campaigns
  • Good IT skills: Welldeveloped data entry skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly excel
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently to tight deadlines and organise and prioritise own workload
  • High degree of accuracy, numeracy, and a methodical approach to work
  • Team player able to support other team members
  • Ability to adapt to changes in statutory and functional working practices/systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good team player
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales/customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
