OutThere RPO are supporting a Financial Services Organisation hire an Apprentice Administrator. The primary purpose of the role is to support the client servicing team in carrying out administrative tasks. This role provides the opportunity to undertake a Level 3 Financial Services Administrator qualification.

**Essential Duties**:
To add new clients and ‘fact find’ information onto company Management Information System (MIS) (Curo) from data received via the Adviser/Case Manager and/or client.

To provide administrative support to Advisers, Report Writers/ Case Managers, Case Oversight and Implementation Co-ordinator and Technology Development Manager.

To process entries on company MIS systems (Inc. Curo) including new business, tasks, and diary entries.

Various client servicing administrative duties post sale, such as: CLI maturities, commission enquiries, dealing with Adviser queries.

Assist with the submission of business and chasing of providers, following receipt of relevant paperwork.

Undertaking general office housekeeping and complying with the clear desk policy.

Responsible for LOAs - sending to providers, checking receipt of information, and updating policy information on
Curo to the required standard.

To work closely with IT to ensure administrative systems are automated and work efficiently, where possible.

Production of suitability reports, simple protection, and transfer cases for clients in relation to straightforward requests, such as Top Ups, Withdrawals and Bed & ISAs.

To provide reception cover, including post duties, as and when required.

**Key Skills Required**:
Good understanding of Microsoft packages - Excel, Word, Outlook

GCSE level qualifications in Maths & English

Previous experience working in an office environment

Excellent written English and effective verbal communication skills

Capability to work as part of a team in an open office environment

Ability to work to deadlines, use initiative and able to take direction

Ability to plan, prioritise and organise tasks

Good knowledge of the financial services industry and products, to aid research and queries.

Hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm with a one hour lunch break.
