iRed are a Recognised Assessment Entity (RAE) accredited by BINDT and the CAA, allowing us to deliver Thermal Imaging, remote sensing, GVC and A2 CofC courses and award certificates. We are also members of ADS Group, ARPAS and accredited by the Armed Forces Covenant.
**The Role**
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Sales and Finance Administrator to join our team in Emsworth. This role will provide vital support to both our sales and finance departments, ensuring the smooth operation of key administrative and financial processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Support**
- Manage inbound and outbound leads and enquiries.
- Assist with sales processes.
- Prepare sales reports and analyse data to identify trends.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- **Financial Administration**
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Support with preparation of financial reports.
- Assist with expense reporting and tracking.
**Requirements**:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with sales or finance exposure.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM and accounting software is a plus.
- Experience with drones or uncrewed systems is desired.
- AAT qualification or similar accounting qualification would be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**To Apply**
Pay: £26,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
