_ What you'll do_
You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our colleagues & our guests:

  • You will be responsible for recommending our exceptional wines to our guests for every occasion during their day. This will include selecting wines and assist the Head Sommelier creating drink lists, managing stock, as well as serving wine orders efficiently and in a timely manner all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
  • You'll be part of the team at The Grill and will assist where needed during services
  • You'll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests' special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day
The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Sommelier, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel

_ What you'll bring_

  • WSET qualifications or similar international qualifications are desirable.
  • Previous experience as a Junior Sommelier or a Head waiter with a strong knowledge in wines
  • Wine and Spirits knowledge

  • Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You will have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
