Main Responsibilities:
- Report safeguarding concerns promptly and proactively
- Identify growth opportunities while upholding Company values
- Ensure proper recruitment and training of new team members
- Lead in providing fulfilling lives for service users based on their individual needs
- Collaborate with the management team in recruitment and selection processes
- Conduct interviews for potential care packages
- Implement risk assessments to safeguard service users' wellbeing
- Develop induction and assessment programs for new users in collaboration with the management team
- Promote a person-centered approach that aligns with the Company's values and policies
- Understand the business implications related to commissioning, audit, and inspection processes
- Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and external agencies
- Ensure effective communication within the service and with external partners
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to nurture and coach a team
- Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care
- Prior experience in Supported Living or Residential services is desirable
- Experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health conditions preferred
- Willingness to pursue further training and development in Health and Social Care and Management
- Capable of excelling in a fast-paced, challenging environment
