As a Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we support. We are looking for an exceptional leader to oversee our residential service.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to promote independence and positive outcomes for those in our care. You will manage daily operations, develop and implement personalized support plans, conduct assessments, recruit and train new staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

We seek a compassionate and dynamic leader who is passionate about the care sector and dedicated to providing outstanding support. This role is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

To succeed in this position, you should have prior experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role, a willingness to undertake CQC registration, and a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care. Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors is essential.
