Job Summary:

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential service in Bedworth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centered support plans to promote independence and positive outcomes for service users.
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit, induct, and supervise a team of care staff.
  • Manage the service's budget, ensuring regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements are met.
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and complete quarterly audits and reports.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
  • Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
