As a Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for those we support. We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our residential service, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment alongside a dynamic team.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to promote independence and positive outcomes for our clients. You will oversee the daily operations of the service, develop and implement personalized support plans, conduct care assessments, recruit and train new staff, perform supervisions and appraisals, manage medication competencies and audits, attend multidisciplinary meetings, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive leader who is passionate about the care sector and dedicated to providing outstanding support. This role is ideal for someone eager to make a significant impact on the lives of others, whether by empowering colleagues or helping clients achieve their personal goals.

Our ideal candidate will possess relevant experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management capacity, be prepared to undertake CQC registration, hold a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, and have experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.
